These terms explain how you can use Kathiyawadi.in, a directory of shops, food places, stays and services across Saurashtra and Kutch. By creating an account or listing a business, you agree to them.
What Kathiyawadi.in does
We help you find local businesses and contact them directly by phone or WhatsApp. We do not sell, deliver or book anything ourselves. Any deal you make is between you and the business.
Your account
Sign up with your real name and a phone number or email that belongs to you. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Listing a business
Only list a business you own or are allowed to represent. The details you give (name, address, phone numbers, hours, photos, prices) must be true and kept up to date.
Our team checks every listing before it goes live, and may ask for changes, decline it, or take it down later if it breaks these terms or the details turn out to be wrong.
Plans and payments
Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown on the plans page. You do not pay on the website: our team contacts you, confirms the plan and the payment with you, and then switches it on.
Launch offers, such as a coupon code, apply only as described where they are offered.
Reviews and messages
Reviews must be about your own experience and written honestly. Messages and enquiries you send go to the business you send them to.
We may remove reviews or messages that are fake, abusive, hateful, or advertising.
What is not allowed
Fake or misleading listings, impersonating someone, spam, collecting other people’s details from the site, trying to break or overload the site, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Our responsibility
We check listings, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at every moment, or the quality of what a business sells. Please confirm important details with the business before you go or pay.
We are not responsible for losses that come from dealings between you and a business, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you on the site when something important changes.
